The main objective with the Audi A10 concept was to close the gap between Audi A8 L and the Bentley line up, redefining Audi ‘luxury’ as majestic and timeless.
To that end, the concept retains a traditional sedan’s aesthetic below the beltline in profile. Above it, Briggs created a strong visual identifier in the unique DLO shape, which allows the vehicle to stand out from other large luxury sedans.
Measuring 5500mm long, 2000mm wide, and 1420mm high, the A10 is wider and taller than a Rolls-Royce Phantom, but with a longer wheelbase. The concept’s front and rear ends are also characterized as being a shield and a mask, adding to occupants’ sense of security and privacy.
