Ferrari Design Director Flavio Manzoni on the Portofino M

We first wrote about the Ferrari Portofino in our 2017 design story featuring design director Flavio Manzoni. Since then, the Ferrari California replacement has undergone a mid-cycle refresh to become the Portofino M – M stands for Modificata. There have been subtle revisions to the front and rear bumper valence as well as aerodynamic improvements in the transition, as well as a slight boost in power: the 3.9-liter V8 now puts out 612hp, a 20hp increase over the previous model. Watch the video to hear Manzoni explain the design of Ferrari’s new hardtop convertible in greater detail.
