The automotive industry is experiencing a level of unprecedented polarization. On the one end of the spectrum is autonomous mobility and car sharing, which sees the car as a commodity rather than something owned and cherished, while on the other end it’s quite the opposite: high levels of personalization provided by carmakers where the opportunities are seemingly endless.
