In today’s modern world, it’s very rare to see a concept car become reality. More often than not, the concepts on auto show stands are conceived after the project has been given the green light internally -- a thinly veiled version of an imminent production car the company has in the wings. If the car is indeed a show car, designed to showcase a company’s future intent, only a few precious elements translate into production. Which is what makes the recent Lexus LC 500 and 500h so remarkable.
